Visual Notes: Ghost Town in Suburbia

Somewhere in northern San Diego County you’ll find a planned community that sits in stalled development, a ghost town of sorts. It has driveways to nowhere, house-less streets with lovely street lamps standing by to do their job and utility boxes with street numbers for houses that don’t exist. Truly a ghost town in the suburbs.
